Event Design & Strategy

We will help you architect a cohesive thematic experience from the parking lot all the way to the closing session. We can engage in every part of the event planning process and coordinate with venue, AV, and other vendors to accomplish your event goals.

Experiential Messaging

Our graphic design team will help you create a custom event logo and branding guideline for your themed event, addressing all potential touch points including save the date, digital or physical invitations, signage, themed products, name badges, custom room keys, attendee gifts and awards, event guides, programs and more.

General Session Experience

Don’t leave any part of your messaging unplanned. We help you create memorable moments on stage from exciting show openers, segue scripting, and impactful calls to action. We can develop all needed media for an on-brand stage experience: Pre-Shows, Opening Theme Videos, Walk-Ons, Customer Stories, roll-ins, etc.
